Lost Axis sells limited-edition physical art prints. Each design is pressed in an edition of fifty units, numbered, and never reprinted. Once an edition sells out, it is permanently closed. Prints are produced on museum-grade fine art stock (250 gsm) and framed in natural or black ash.

Product images are representative. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and the nature of giclée printing on fine art paper.

All prices are listed in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. Your payment is taken at the time you place your order. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order and that a contract of sale has been formed between you and Lost Axis.

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Orders are printed and framed on demand and dispatched within 4–7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier once your order has been dispatched.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at orders@thelostaxis.com with your order details.

If you cancel within this period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days via your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at orders@thelostaxis.com with a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses.
