Returns Policy

Return Window

You may return any item within 14 days of the date you received it. To initiate a return, email orders@thelostaxis.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused in transit.

Return Postage

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless your item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at orders@thelostaxis.com as soon as possible with a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement to be dispatched at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Limited Editions

All Lost Axis prints are limited editions of fifty. If an edition has sold out at the time of your return, we will not be able to offer a replacement of the same design — only a refund. Editions that close are never reprinted.
